3D animated perfume bottle and stylized lanterns

For Prada's Chinese New Year 2023 campaign, we helped Seiya agency to create a short 3D film featuring the Paradoxe perfume bottle.
The agency presented us with a beautiful concept centered around a stylized representation of Chinese lanterns
Based on the iconic Prada triangle, the lanterns are made of thin slice of papers with beautiful red and gold materials.

Our team used Cinema 4D MoGraph features to model and animate the lanterns in a procedural way, using fields to assign colors to the slices of the lanterns. To create a sense of movement and depth, we animated the lanterns to appear as though they were gently lifted by the wind.
